Do you provide free delivery?
We provide FREE delivery within Singapore (except Jurong Island) for orders above $300. If the order is below $300, a $30 delivery fee may apply.
 
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all parts of Singapore, including Sentosa, except Jurong Island.
 
How long will it take for my items to be delivered?
All orders will be processed within 24hours, upon payment received.

  • For wine delivery, we will deliver on the next working day. We deliver Mondays to Fridays between 10am and 7pm, and Saturdays between 10am and 1pm. No deliveries will be made on public holidays and weekends. We will inform you immediately via email or telephone if we expect delays due to reasons such as temporary inventory stock outs.
  • For wine cabinet delivery, we will arrange a scheduled delivery date with you.

In instances where one or more items in your order is not available for immediate delivery, we will notify you and suggest substitutions or propose to hold your order until all items are available for delivery.
 
My items have yet to arrive, what should I do?
Should you not be able to receive your items as per the indicated delivery time frame, you may contact us through our online form.
 
Something is wrong with my order. Can I return the products?
We recommend that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt to ensure goods are in order.
Please notify us within 24 hours for any discrepancies or damage starting from the date you received the item via our online contact form. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable.

Disclaimer: Any products’ vintage above 10 years are at the buyers’ risk, any request for exchange or refund are not applicable.
 
What payment methods do you accept?

Delivery will be arranged upon payment received.
 
I am looking for a certain wine but it is not listed on the website. How can I get them?
Unfortunately not all the wine are listed on the website yet. We are gradually putting in more selections for you. Stay Tune! You can also email us to check if your preferred wine is available.
